Most law firm’s websites say something like “we offer a fresh approach to the law” and “our staff are our biggest asset” but few follow through on these commitments.
Similarly, most job offers say “this is the job, these are the hours, this will be your office, and this will be your billing target!” It’s all incredibly prescriptive, and employer-centric.
